Camp Hatteras
Before we leave Camp Hatteras in Rodathe, NC, we must give you a tour!
Camp Hatteras is HUGE, with over 400 full hookup paved RV sites on 50 acres of prime real estate in the Outer Banks! The campground spans the entire width of the outer banks, with camping on the ocean side and the sound side. No RV? They also have park models and cabins for rent!
There are five bathhouses and four laundry rooms. The clubhouse has a game room, camp store, recreation room, and three pools, including one indoor heated pool!
Outside, they have picked ball, shuffleboard, putt-putt golf, tennis, basketball, a dog park, and a playground!
We really enjoyed our time at Camp Hatteras!
Hanover Park Vineyard (Harvest Host)
We LOVE using our Harvest Hosts membership for overnight stays when traveling. It's so fun being able to experience different establishments across the country!
As we travel to Mama Gerties in the Smoky Mountains (a 2-day trip for us), we decided to stay at a new-to-us Harvest Host, Hanover Park Vineyards. 🍷😊 We did a tasting, got a tour of the tasting room and house, and bought a bottle to go! 😊
The location was super quiet, and we both got a great night's sleep!
