It's time to hit the road again! 😀 But, this time, we're trying out a new floorplan that's completely foreign to us: the Reflection 28RL!

You might remember that we got our Momentum 410TH stuck on the road up to our cabin. So, with road fixes underway, we reached out to our friends at Grand Design to see if we might “test drive” a smaller RV. We all thought it was a great idea, so we headed out on a short adventure in a short(er) RV to Charleston for Chad's birthday.

It was a bit different packing up a completely bare RV for a short trip, but it was great to learn new things about a new RV. For one, the RV had to be dewinterized, something that the RV dealer usually does. This process was not too much different than the sanitizing we did in our 397TH. In fact, it's identical.

It was also fun learning and trying out the Ground Control 3.0 four-point leveling system versus our six-point hydraulic system.

We found the 28RL to be great in terms of living space. This thing is huge inside, considering it's only 31 ft long.

Next week, we get out and explore some parts of Charleston we've never been to before! 😀
