We are so excited to share this video with you! Key West is one of our favorite places and is actually where we met! How cool is it that we are releasing this video on the exact anniversary of the day we met in Key West!?! (Totally unplanned!)
December 2018…
We have been to Key West numerous times, but never with our home in tow. We had been planning this trip down to the Keys for 9 months, because this is where we were spending Chad’s 50th birthday extravaganza!! Adding to our excitement of this trip, we met our friends who traveled all the way down to the Southernmost Point to celebrate with us!! For two weeks, we called Boyd’s Campground “home” and enjoyed having our RV right on the water! Being on Stock Island, Boyd’s is about a 10-minute ride into Old Town Key West (we were lucky that Lyft was running 50% off the entire time of our stay!)
We had so much fun during our two week stay that we had to make our Key West video a two-parter! In Part 1 (this video), we go on a couple of motorcycle rides (Lucille loves riding in the Keys), meet up with our friends and enjoy some adult beverages (Pain Killers?!!), go on a sunset sailing cruise (which included an open bar and a little birthday surprise), take you on a tour of some of our favorite Key West spots and even make a stop in the Emergency Room?!

We have made so many wonderful memories in Key West over the years and this trip was no exception! A huge thank you to all of our friends who made the trip down to celebrate with us!
