We're still in Nashville and struggling with illness and weather, not letting us get out and play much!

But, the weather did break long enough for Chad to get out and try a new RV we've been waiting to try: Gabe's Pride. We've used Gabe's Pride cleaners before and were impressed. So, we were anxious to try out the RV wash, and it did very well! We've added it to our store and will be using it in the future.

Exploring the Area (Frankin and Liepers Fork, Tennessee)

Once we got a clear day, we headed out to explore some local towns: Franklin and Leipers Fork.

Franklin, Tennessee, is a charming and historic city located in Williamson County, just south of Nashville. Known for its picturesque downtown area, Franklin boasts a vibrant blend of Southern hospitality, rich history, and modern amenities. Visitors and residents alike can explore the quaint streets lined with beautifully preserved antebellum homes, unique boutique shops, and a diverse culinary scene. The city also hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, celebrating its cultural heritage and music traditions. What did we do? We ATE, of course! And the food at “55 South” was AWESOME!

Leiper's Fork, nestled in the heart of Williamson County, Tennessee, is a captivating village celebrated for its historic allure and its status as a discreet haven for celebrities seeking refuge from the limelight. This charming hamlet has earned its reputation as a tranquil and picturesque escape, attracting an eclectic mix of famous residents who appreciate its laid-back atmosphere and scenic beauty. It's not uncommon for locals and tourists alike to spot a famous face or two while exploring this idyllic and star-studded slice of Tennessee.

Sudden Weather!

We encountered a lot of rain at Elm Hill RV Resort, but one storm in particular came up faster than expected! This storm packed one serious wind and was enough to blow over our 980 lb motorcycle! Luckily, Chad returned to the RV shortly after it happened. He and some of our neighbors were able to right the bike without issue. The bike was mostly undamaged due to its hefty highway bars, but the fall did break off part of the front brake handle.
